Goals

Implementation of a camera monitor system that synthesizes images acquired from a single or multiple cameras to provide essential visual information to the driver.

Issues Involved or Addressed

  • 1. Although the number of cameras used in vehicles is increasing, technological advancements aimed at providing drivers or passengers with useful visual information remain relatively limited.
    2. To further develop existing in-vehicle camera display technologies, diverse approaches to creative view generation are needed.
